F71P1 Adapter Issue: No Power Supply

Problem Diagnosis: The issue may stem from a malfunction in the power supply circuit, the power adapter, or an internal fault within the adapter. It is recommended to test the adapter to pinpoint the cause and take necessary measures such as replacement or repair.

Solution:

If the adapter is not working, the following steps can be taken:

Check the Power Cable:

Ensure that the power cable is not disconnected or damaged.

Check the Power Outlet:

Try plugging the adapter into a different outlet to verify whether the current outlet is functioning properly.

Check the Adapter Itself:

Use a multimeter to test the input voltage of the adapter to ensure it is within the normal operating range.

Check the Connected Device:

Confirm that the device connected to the adapter is functioning properly. Alternatively, try testing the adapter with another device to determine whether the issue lies with the adapter or the connected equipment.


F71P1 Valve Issue: Draining Continues After Switching Modes

Problem Diagnosis: The issue could be caused by foreign particles entering the valve, leading to a stuck valve core, or excessive pressure causing damage to the valve core, resulting in leakage.

Solution:

If the valve continues to drain after switching to another mode, try the following:

Check the Valve Program:

Verify that the valve has successfully switched to the new mode and that the water inlet and outlet paths correspond with the new mode. Check for any abnormalities in the valve's operation during the program switch that could indicate obstruction.

Program Debugging:

Repeat the valve program debugging and observe if the continuous drainage issue occurs in all modes. If the issue is not related to the software program, determine if there is a hardware fault with the valve head.

Check the Valve Seal:

Disassemble the valve head and inspect the water inlet and outlet ports with a light source to check for any damage to the internal seals or structure. If visible damage is found, this could be the root cause.

Inspect the Piping System:

Ensure that the piping system does not have other fault points, such as cracks or leaks, which may also contribute to the drainage issue.

Runxin valves have the following structural features:

Face Seal Structure: The static plate uses high-strength synthetic materials. For various control valves, a partial balancing structure is employed to prevent increased torque on the sealing surface caused by rising water pressure.

Pressure-Resistant Operation: Runxin control valves, due to their use of two high-flat sealing plates that rotate and seal by pressing together, can operate under pressure when switching between positions.

No Raw Water Bypass: During regeneration or cleaning, the Runxin control valve automatically blocks the outlet pipeline of the softener or filter, preventing untreated raw water from entering the system.

Simple Assembly: The valve mainly consists of the valve body, dynamic and static sealing plates, shift fork, and compression plug. The complex parts of the valve body are made using a one-piece molding process, reducing processing steps and ensuring high dimensional stability. Each working position is directly fixed to the valve body, providing high positioning accuracy. During installation, each component is limited by position to prevent incorrect assembly.

Various Jet Injector Specifications: The ratio of salt intake to total outlet flow of the jet injectors ranges from 25% to 35%, and each tank has a corresponding jet injector designed for it.


Runxin control valves have enhanced impurity resistance capabilities. They feature a high backwash flow rate, and display options are available in both LED and LCD formats. The regeneration methods include both forward and reverse flow regeneration options.

All Runxin control valves undergo 100% testing at 0.1 MPa and 0.6 MPa air and water pressure before leaving the factory.
