A reliable well water treatment system is essential for industries that rely on groundwater as their primary water source. Our standard reverse osmosis (RO) system is engineered to remove impurities, protect equipment, and ensure a consistent supply of high-purity water.
Well water is drawn from underground using a submersible pump and stored in a raw water tank. A raw water pump pressurizes the feed water into the pretreatment section.
To improve the efficiency and lifespan of the RO membrane, the water undergoes thorough pretreatment filtration:
Quartz Sand Filter: Removes suspended solids, sediment, and rust.
Activated Carbon Filter: Eliminates chlorine, odors, and organic compounds that can harm the RO membrane.
Water Softener: Uses ion exchange to remove calcium and magnesium, preventing scale formation.
Pre-treated water passes through a security filter to remove fine particles. A high-pressure pump forces the water through the RO membrane, where dissolved salts, heavy metals, and contaminants are separated from the purified water.
The concentrated brine is discharged through a drain, while the permeate (pure water) is collected in a storage tank.
When needed, the stored pure water is pumped through a UV sterilizer, which kills bacteria and viruses. The final treated water is then delivered to the production line, ready for use in various industrial applications.
