Its process flow is running, into the regeneration agent, water replenishment, soaking, positive washing, the specific workflow is as follows.


Running state: Raw water enters the control valve from the inlet port A, and enters the tank from the upper part of the spool through the lower water distributor. Then, it passes upward through the defluoridation filter media and becomes the water that removes most or all of the fluorine, enters the valve body through the upper water distributor and discharges from the outlet port B after the spool.


Into the regeneration agent state: raw water from the inlet A into the control valve, because the valve spool closed, the water flow can not enter the tank, then start the regeneration agent pump, the regeneration agent from the inlet D into the injection outlet E, into the top of the tank, from top to bottom flow through the filter layer, through the lower water cloth, along the central tube up to the valve body, spool, after the discharge from the valve body sewage port C.


Medicine tank replenishment state: raw water enters the control valve from the inlet port A, enters the injection nozzle outlet E through the spool, and injects into the medicine tank from the inlet port D.


Soaking state: raw water from the inlet A into the control valve, because the spool is closed, the water can not enter the tank, at this time the tank is full of regeneration agent, can be fully exchanged regeneration, this process is generally 18-22 hours.


Washing state: raw water from the inlet A into the control valve, from the upper part of the spool through the valve body, by the central tube through the lower water distributor into the tank. Then, up through the filter layer, through the upper water distributor to the valve body, through the spool and then discharged from the effluent port C of the valve body.
