The first day of the exhibition started at 9 a.m. with exhibitors setting up their booths and preparing to showcase their water treatment products and solutions. Customers started arriving at 10 a.m., eager to explore the various booths and learn about the offerings.
The peak hours of customer footfall were between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the exhibition venue. Our booth witnessed a constant stream of visitors, showing great interest in our water treatment products. However, communication posed a significant challenge as 90% of the customers primarily spoke Russian.
To overcome this language barrier, we enlisted the assistance of professional translators to facilitate seamless communication with the customers. The translators did an exceptional job, ensuring smooth interactions and enabling us to better understand the needs of the customers while effectively conveying the features and advantages of our products.
