What is PP cotton filter?

Identification of the quality of PP cotton cartridge：

The quality of PP cotton cartridge is determined by the tightness of its fibres, and the internal fibres of high-quality PP cotton cartridge are tight and even. This difference cannot be seen with the naked eye when purchasing. So how should we identify it?

First: look at the weight. We can use our hands to weigh the weight. The heavier the weight, the higher the fibre density of the cartridge. The quality is also better.

Secondly: look at the compressibility. Usually the greater the fibre density of the cartridge. The better the compression performance, the better the quality of the PP cotton cartridge. We can use the feel to judge, the stronger the feel, the better the compression performance.

Second: look at the material. When choosing a cartridge, be sure to look at the material of the cartridge, the regular cartridge filter paper is uniform in colour and the paper surface is flat. And poor quality cartridge filter paper is not uniform in colour and has a poor texture. Fourth: look at the gum quality. The rubber quality of the regular cartridge is very good and flexible, while the rubber of the poor quality cartridge is soft and the texture is very poor.
