1. What is RO machine?

RO machine is also called pure water machine, mainly to solve our daily drinking water purification problem. Tap water contains heavy metals, limescale, residual chlorine, bacteria, viruses, organic matter, rust, sediment and other harmful substances to human body, RO machine can fully filter out these harmful substances.

2. Why do we need water purification treatment when water plants are already disinfected?

During the chlorination process, chlorine is combined with natural organic matter and humus to form potential carcinogens such as trichloromethane, which is harmful to humans. Water is seriously polluted by the outside world, and major water pollution incidents have been common in recent years. In the process of transporting water, because of aging pipes and other problems, and repairing water pipes after leaking, it will cause secondary pollution of water.

3. What is the working principle of RO machine?

The working principle of R0 machine is: under the effect of higher osmotic pressure than the solution, based on other substances can not pass through the semi-permeable membrane and the separation of these substances and water, because the pore size of RO membrane is very small (only 0.0001 microns), so it can effectively remove heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, chemical residues and various salts (scale) in water.

4. What is the water making process of RO machine?

Our products pass through PP cotton, granular activated carbon, compressed activated carbon, and enter RO membrane after pressurization by high pressure pump, and enter pressure tank after treatment, and flow out from pure water tap after coconut shell activated carbon when water is needed. When the pressure tank water is full, the high pressure pump stops working.

5. What harmful substances can be filtered out by your five-stage filtration?

The first stage: 5um integrated high-precision pp cartridge (cotton) with tight and uniform pore size, can retain impurities with pore size above 5um, the filtration effect is up to 99%, with high flow, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, low cost and other characteristics. Used to block the rust, sand, insect eggs and other large particles in the water.

The second level: granular activated carbon, with a very high adsorption capacity, can remove organic matter in the water, as well as odor, color, such as pesticides, residual chlorine, trioxymethane, etc.

The third level: carbon rod cartridge, using food-grade activated hair powder pressed, in line with the American Water Treatment Association, the Japanese Food Association, the

Europe and China related inspection standards. Also remove residual fluorine, organic matter, etc. It can adsorb heavy metal ions and further adsorb all kinds of organics leaked by the first two stages to protect the reverse osmosis membrane and extend its life.

Fourth stage: RO reverse osmosis membrane (using U.S. aerospace technology), RO membrane pore size of 0. 0001 microns (equivalent to the size of E. coli 1/6000) can retain bacteria, viruses, organic matter, colloids, pesticides, heavy metals and most of the salts in the water, and the above harmful substances through the sewage system in a timely manner.

The fifth stage: post-activated carbon, inhibit the regeneration of bacteria, used to remove odor, adjust the taste of pure water.Because the RO machine filtered water is pure water, does not contain calcium, magnesium ions, so boiling will not have scale. The water can be directly drunk.

6. Pure water basically does not contain minerals, long-term consumption of the body has adverse effects?

The main role of water intake is to replenish water, the doctor ordered the patient to drink more water to promote metabolism, but did not order the patient to drink water is to increase nutrition. Minerals in water and other nutrients beneficial to the human body is minimal, supplemental nutrition or mainly rely on vegetables, food organisms and other ingestion. What the body needs is organic minerals, not inorganic minerals in water.

The amount of minerals contained in a glass of milk is more than ten times that of a glass of water. The harmful components in the water are very serious, some tap water TDS value reaches 400 or more. If in order to ingest 0.1% of the minerals in the water and absorb a lot of harmful bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and other impurities is not worth the loss.

7. How to choose RO machine? What are the advantages of your RO?

On the market, there are hundreds of manufacturers producing and selling RO machines, and the configuration of each RO machine is basically the same, generally using five stages of filtration: PP cotton, activated carbon filter, sintered activated carbon, RO membrane, the last stage of activated carbon. Some manufacturers will PP cotton and activated carbon cartridge, sintered activated carbon into a whole, and some will remove the activated carbon, replaced by ultrafiltration, etc.. Under the same technical principle, the quality is mainly the quality control of each company for their own products. As the R0 machine is connected by many small tubes and joints, the most problematic RO machine is leakage; then there is the quality of the pump, and the quality of electronic components.

The difference in price quality between these accessories is directly reflected in the overall offer of the product. The core components inside our RO machine, such as the high-pressure pump is a well-known domestic brand, RO membrane is a U.S. brand, reliable quality, less leakage points, easy to install and maintain.

8. What is the difference between RO machine and ultrafilter? Why is there such a big difference in price?

Their filtration precision is different, and the pressure required is also different. RO machine and ultrafiltration machine have different filtration precision, RO machine filtration precision reaches 0.0001 microns, while ultrafiltration only 0.1-0.01 microns. Ultrafiltration membrane can directly use the pressure of tap water for filtration, while the RO machine uses a membrane separation method that requires higher pressure, and the general household RO membrane inlet pressure is more than 0. 6MPa. Therefore, the RO machine requires a high-pressure pump and the corresponding electronic components. So the price difference between RO machine and ultra-filtration machine is large.

9. How to test the filtration effect of RO machine?

The filtration effect of RO machine can be achieved by comparing the incoming water TDS with the outgoing water TDS.

10. What is the TDS value of pure water?

The world standard is: TDS value is 0-50 for direct raw drinking, 51-100 good, 101-300 average, 301-600 poor, 601-1000 poor, 1000 above failed.301-600 is poor, 601-1000 is poor, and above 1000 is not qualified.

11.Is it easy to install the RO machine?

Whether it is a new home or a renovated home, our service staff can help you design and propose the best solution for RO machine installation according to the specific conditions of your home free of charge, there are two types of RO machines: under-the-counter and under-the-counter, the under-the-counter type is mainly installed under the sink, and the under-the-counter type is beautiful and elegant, and can be installed on or under the counter.

12. Why do I need to release water when I use the RO machine for the first time?

This is because the RO machine is installed after a rinsing process is required to wet the first use of the equipment and make all the dust generated during the assembly process of the machine discharged, so that it works properly. At the same time, when the water flows through the new activated carbon filter layer for the first time and produces fusion, the activated carbon will release a large amount of oxygen and release black carbon dust. Therefore, the first time the water passes through the water is black. We call this the "activation" process, which awakens the activated carbon and enhances its capacity.

13. What issues RO machine in the process of use need to pay attention to?

A. When the machine is not used for a long time, pay attention to turn off the water source and power supply of the machine.

B. The product must be used indoors and the ambient temperature (water temperature) must be between 5~45 "C. Do not use the machine near a heat source.

C. When replacing the cartridge, please first close the pressure barrel (water storage barrel), rinse the cartridge, and then open the pressure barrel when the water comes out of the faucet is clear.

D. Replace the cartridge in time to ensure the water quality.

14. Will the water storage tank produce secondary pollution?

The water storage tank is vacuum sealed packaging, also called pressure tank, will not be in contact with the outside world, contaminated by the environment, and the water storage tank water has been RO reverse osmosis filtration, has been removed from heavy metals, water alkali, bacteria, viruses and other impurities, in use, will be filtered again through the post-activated carbon to ensure that each time the freshness of the water, so long-term use will not be here to gather bacteria, viruses and other harmful substances.

15. How often should I change the cartridge?

Depending on the amount of water used by different families and water quality in different places, the replacement cycle of different cartridges is different. Generally speaking, PP cotton cartridge is replaced once every 3-6 months, activated carbon cartridge is replaced once every 6-8 months, and R0 membrane is expensive but has a long replacement cycle (generally more than 2 years).

16. What is the wastewater rate?

Water purifiers rely on reverse osmosis membrane to purify tap water. After tap water is compressed through the reverse osmosis membrane, it becomes two parts: clear water and concentrated water, and the ratio of clear water to concentrated water is the wastewater ratio. Nowadays, the wastewater rate of water purifiers is between 1:1 and 1:5. Depending on the manufacturer's product and the water quality, the wastewater rate may also vary.

17. Is there much waste water from our RO machine?

RO machine will produce corresponding rinse water in the process of use, and the ratio of rinse water to pure water volume is related to water temperature and local water quality. Generally speaking, in areas with good water quality and high water temperature (25C), the ratio of wastewater can reach 1:1, i.e. 1L of rinse water is needed to produce IL pure water. In places with lower water temperature and poorer water quality, the wastewater ratio can reach 1:3, and some even reach 1:5.In Wenzhou, the general family according to a day 10-20 liters of water is enough to meet the drinking water and domestic water, so the maximum monthly production of about 600L flushing water, if used in plastic buckets, can be used for cleaning water, according to the average price of Wenzhou City 3 yuan / ton standard, but a few dollars per month, and your drinking water has a safe water environment.

18. It seems that there is an ultra-filter machine that does not produce waste water?

There is no water purifier on the market that does not produce waste water. If it does not produce waste water, then where do the impurities it adsorbs go?
