Characteristics of 1 Micron PP Melt Blown Sediment Filter Cartridge:
(1) Filtration efficiency and filtration precision, uniform pore density of the cartridge, filtration efficiency of 99% or more.
(2) Small filtration resistance, large filter flow, large dirt-holding capacity and long service life, the fiber diameter and gap of this product are adjustable in the production process, the inner layer of micro-pores of the cartridge is small and the outer layer is large, which increases the flow and dirt-holding capacity, the cartridge is not easy to block and prolongs the service life.
(3) High cleanliness of itself, no pollution to water quality, acid and alkali resistance and organic solvents, corrosion.
(4) High strength, the filter element will not be deformed when the water pressure difference between the import and export of the filter exceeds 0.4Mpa, and the filtration efficiency will not be reduced when the temperature exceeds 90℃.
(5) The product has a very high hydrophilicity after the modification of polypropylene treatment, and can absorb ten times heavier water, so it can be used for oil-water separation
