Our custom design containerized RO plant provides a highly flexible and efficient pure water treatment solution tailored specifically for well water, tap water and conventional surface water sources. Each system is individually engineered based on detailed raw water quality analysis and customer-specific capacity demands, with production volume customizable from small-scale units to large-flow plants up to 7,500 m³ per day. Encapsulated in a standard 20ft or 40ft shipping container, the entire system integrates pretreatment, reverse osmosis host, chemical dosing, cleaning system and intelligent electrical control into one compact, enclosed unit, offering strong protection against harsh weather, dust and vandalism. The system employs high-rejection RO membranes to effectively remove dissolved salts, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses and organic pollutants, ensuring stable and consistent output water quality that meets both drinking water standards and general industrial water requirements. Key components including pressure vessels, high-pressure pumps and automatic control instruments are selected for durability and stability, supported by a full set of technical documents and after-sales support. The modular structure allows for easy expansion, simple maintenance and high operational adaptability, making it suitable for rural water supply, commercial drinking water projects, temporary construction sites, tourist resorts and various light industrial applications requiring reliable pure water supply.

The general-purpose containerized reverse osmosis system adopts a modular compact design. All components are integrated into a standard container, with the RO reverse osmosis system as the core, combined with pretreatment, electrical control and auxiliary systems, forming a complete water treatment closed loop with clear structure and convenient operation and maintenance. The core architecture and components are as follows:

(1) Core Architecture

The overall architecture is divided into four modules: pretreatment unit, core RO filtration unit, electrical control unit and auxiliary unit. Each module is pre-installed and integrated, and the pipeline wiring is completed in advance, forming an integrated "plug-and-play" structure. The container is equipped with lighting, drainage and maintenance facilities, and air conditioning and other temperature control equipment can be flexibly configured according to scene needs to adapt to operation in different environments.

(2) Core Components

  • Pretreatment System: Quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, security filter (5μm, 40"×7 cores), dosing system (scale inhibitor), PH adjustment system, which is used to remove suspended solids, organic matter, residual chlorine, hardness and other impurities in raw water, prevent RO membrane pollution and blockage, and ensure stable operation of the system.

  • Core RO Filtration Unit: High-pressure pump, FRP pressure vessel, high-quality RO membrane module (mainly 8040 specification, the number can be customized), cleaning system, which is the core link of water treatment, responsible for removing dissolved salts, heavy metal ions, etc. in water to realize water purification.

  • Electrical Control Unit: PLC automatic control system (equipped with Schneider components), which has functions of automatic RO membrane cleaning, water tank liquid level control, multiple protection and alarm, supports manual operation standby mode, and can reserve 4-20mA signal output to realize unattended or remote monitoring.

  • Auxiliary Components: Raw water booster pump, pipelines (stainless steel 304/316 material), valves, instruments, drainage facilities. In some scenarios, it can be customized with clean energy adaptation components to improve the energy conservation and environmental protection performance of the equipment.
