Equipment Features
Simple & Reliable Structure: Designed for easy disassembly and maintenance.
Standardized Components: Actuators use modular, universal parts for quick replacement and cleaning.
Smooth & Sterilizable Surfaces: Internal/external walls are smooth, non-porous, and free of dead corners. Surfaces are chrome-plated or corrosion-treated; paint-free to avoid flaking.
Purified Water Equipment: Made of low-carbon stainless steel or validated non-contaminating materials. Regular cleaning and validation are required.
Water for Injection (WFI) Equipment: Constructed with high-grade stainless steel (e.g., 316L) or validated materials. Periodic cleaning and validation mandatory.
Purified Water Storage
Storage time ≤24 hours; tanks use stainless steel or validated non-toxic materials.
Venting ports fitted with hydrophobic sterilizing filters (non-shedding).
Smooth inner walls, no dead legs or pores in welds/joints.
Sensors for level/temperature/pressure must prevent stagnant water contamination.
Regular cleaning, sterilization, and validation required.
