Main Features
(1) Filtration efficiency and filtration precision, the cartridge pore density is uniform, the filtration efficiency reaches more than 99%.
(2) Small filtration resistance, large filter flow, large dirt-holding capacity and long service life, the diameter and gap of the fibers are adjustable during the production process of this product, the inner layer of micro-pores of the cartridge is small and the outer layer is large, which increases the flow and dirt-holding capacity, the cartridge is not easy to be blocked and prolongs the service life.
(3) High cleanliness of itself, no pollution to water quality, acid and alkali resistance and organic solvents, corrosion.
(4) High strength, the filter element will not be deformed when the difference in water pressure between the inlet and outlet of the filter exceeds 0.4Mpa, and the filtration efficiency will not be reduced when the temperature exceeds 90℃.
(5) The product has a very high hydrophilicity after the treatment and modification of polypropylene, and can absorb ten times heavier water, so it can be used for oil-water separation.
