The Difference between RUNXIN Valve And  FLECK, AUTOROL

When it comes to water treatment control valves, FLECK, AUTOTROL and RUNXIN are three well-known brands, each with unique designs and applications.Understanding their differences can help you choose the right valve for your needs, whether for commercial boiler systems, multi-tank setups, or high-precision applications.

 FLECK Valves

FLECK valves are a leading example of piston valve technology. They utilize multiple sealing chambers formed by sealing rings and partition grids. A motor controls a cylindrical sealing piston, which moves up and down within these chambers to achieve the desired functions.

However, after prolonged use, the rubber seals in FLECK valves may develop an axial clearance of 0.1–0.3 mm, which can affect positioning accuracy. To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the piston seals every two years. FLECK valves are widely used in commercial settings, such as hotel boiler systems, where they hold a significant 58% market share, according to industry statistics.

 AUTOTROL Valves

AUTOTROL valves represent cam valve technology. They feature multiple valves arranged in strips within the valve body. A motor-driven cam controls the alignment and opening/closing of these valves to change the flow direction and achieve the desired function. This design supports parallel operation of up to eight tanks, making it suitable for complex multi-tank systems.

However, the cam positioning pin in AUTOTROL valves experiences approximately 0.15 mm of wear every 50,000 cycles. Regular manual calibration is necessary to maintain performance. While AUTOTROL valves are highly effective for multi-tank setups, their complex structure can lead to higher costs.

 RUNXIN Valves

RUNXIN valves stand out with their end-face sealing technology. They integrate multiple valves tightly within a single valve body, arranged in a planar circular layout. When the moving disc rotates, it can close several valves while opening others, ensuring precise flow control.

Compared to FLECK and AUTOTROL valves, RUNXIN valves offer significant advantages. They use high-hardness, mirror-finished alumina ceramic moving and fixed discs for sealing, which provide strong resistance to impurities and high positioning accuracy. Unlike FLECK's rubber components, which are less resistant to impurities and may age faster in temperatures above 50°C, RUNXIN's ceramic valve discs maintain consistent performance in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C. Additionally, RUNXIN valves are more cost-effective than AUTOTROL valves, which are better suited for multi-tank systems.

 Why Choose RUNXIN Valves?

RUNXIN valves combine durability, precision, and cost-effectiveness, making them an excellent choice for industries requiring high resistance to impurities and temperature variations. Their ceramic sealing technology ensures long-lasting performance without the need for frequent maintenance, unlike FLECK and AUTOTROL valves.
