1. Raw water source: Well water.

2. Operation mode: Fully automatic control.

3. Design boundary: From the inlet of the raw water tank to the outlet of the pure water tank.

4. Power supply: 380V.

5. Installation facility: Equipment installation operation room of 20 square meters with underground drainage system.

 Customer Requirements

1. Water usage: For cement mixer production.

2. Water production capacity: ≥2 tons/hour.

3. Water quality: Conductivity of the produced water ≤20μs/cm. The equipment should use Huitong reverse osmosis membranes.

 Process adopted by the equipment

 Raw water tank + Quartz sand + Activated carbon + Scale inhibitor equipment + First-stage high-pressure pump + First-stage reverse osmosis automatic control device + Pure water tank.
