What is CTO Filter Element 

CTO filter element means sintered activated carbon filter element, also known as carbon rod filter element and compressed activated carbon filter element. The filter element is heated, sintered and extruded by adding granular activated carbon and binder (such as PE resin). The outer layer of the carbon core is often wrapped with white polypropylene, i.e. PP non-woven fabric.

Role of CTO filter element
