working principle

Based on the principle of face seal, several valves are tightly integrated on one valve body and arranged in a plane circle. When the moving plate is rotated, the function of simultaneously closing several valves and simultaneously opening other valves can be realized.

A. Structure principle

The use of a certain area of high flatness, two plane fit, can play the role of sealing resistance. Runxin valve fixes a fixed sealing plate with high flatness on the inner diameter of the valve body, and drives the ceramic dynamic sealing plate with high hardness and high flatness to rotate with the fixed sealing plate through the handle or motor. Because the dynamic sealing plate and the fixed sealing plate have different blind holes and through holes, when the dynamic sealing plate stays at different positions of the fixed sealing plate, different fluid channels can be generated, so as to realize water making, backwashing and cleaning It has five functions: salt absorption + slow washing, water supply to the salt tank and positive washing（ The filter valve has the functions of water making, backwashing and forward flushing.

B. Control principle of automatic valve

Signal → program controller → transmission device → moving valve plate → positioning device → program controller

The system is controlled by microcomputer, with time, flow or effluent quality as the signal to start the program. The driving device drives the moving valve to rotate. After reaching the corresponding position, the signal is transmitted to the microcomputer through the positioning device to stop the action; When the next signal meets the set requirements, start again and turn to the next station. In this cycle, the required functions can be realized in the process of rotating the moving valve piece for one circle.
